Prices and offerings may change. Taxes may apply. Access to purchased content is provided according to the product description. We may use payment processors subject to their terms.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Self‑paced products include a 7‑day refund window if less than 20% is completed. Live events follow event‑specific cancellation terms. To request a refund, contact [email protected].
4. License and Intellectual Property
We grant a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license for personal or team educational use. You may not redistribute course materials without permission. All content is owned by Trimlane Method.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse services, circumvent access controls, or engage in unlawful activity. Respect community guidelines and other learners.
6. Disclaimers
We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Content is provided “as is” for educational purposes. Decisions you make based on the course are your responsibility.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trimlane Method will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.
